Our water expeditions take place in Italian (Sardinia and Corsica) and Croatian waters. Both beautiful environments in the Mediterranean Sea that lend themselves extremely well to sailing, de-stressing and reflecting.
The power of water
Water plays a fundamental role in many myths, legends and religions. And for good reason: water is the only literal source of life. Many people have a special bond with water and the sea, specifically.
Active & slowing down
We're not going to sit and stare at the glare of the water for days in a row — how tempting though that may be. The environment challenges us to be active but also to slow down. At sea you have no control over the elements of nature. The only way to deal with it is acceptance. During the days on the water we therefore have a flexible and varied program. Water and wind as elements of nature, the sailing ship and your crew are optimal conditions for personal awareness and growth.
Yes: sailing is the basis of the program. No experience? No worries.
“Offline for a bit”
A word of warning: there is almost no 5G on the water. Not that it matters, because the entire expedition is "offline by design" during the activities and conversations. No phones, no smart watches, no distractions. That digital detox in itself is a huge boost for many people.
